What is Liquity (LQTY)?

Liquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol on the Ethereum blockchain that allows Ether (ETH) holders to secure interest-free loans. Borrowers receive their loan in the form of Liquity’s stablecoin, LUSD, which is pegged to the USD. Unlike traditional lending platforms that impose ongoing interest, Liquity charges only a one-time fee of 0.5% upon loan issuance. Algorithmic Stability and Redemption
